    Hi, 

    I was wondering if anyone offers their warehouse on-site managers a retention bonus in an effort to help reduce turnover?  If so, what does that structure look like?  

    Concerning turnover, what percentage is considered acceptable in a warehouse environment right now?

    Hi Margot,

    Hope all is well! I've seen this offered to onsites depending on the volume of associates.  It can range from weekly to monthly in terms of bonus.  Regarding turnover in a warehouse environment right now, it has fluctuated weekly. I can check with my field staff and get more a more solid percentage then circle back.  Have a great day!
