Hi Jamie. We've found LinkedIn Recruiter Lite to be a good additional resource for team members who look to actively source on the platform. It is significantly cheaper than a full recruiter seat. A major downside of LinkedIn is their absolutely atrocious customer service. However, we've found a continued growth in the platform extending to staff-level employees that our organization recruits.
If you want to try it out, I'd recommend a Recruiter Lite seat or two and then reassess after a few months. Our craftier team members were able to pick up a lot of nuances within the platform, even absent solid onboarding/customer service.
