Hi Marcy!
There are many courses and vendors out there. ASA has opted to partner with Kantola to provide a customized Workplace Harassment Course that contain content specific to the staffing industry and adhere to state requirements including California. They also provide access to their LMS, which conveniently tracks and sends notifications. I've not experienced the tracking first hand, but a few participating firms have told me that it's super easy and cut down on their administrative workload a ton. I'd say it's the biggest selling point. If you're interested, check out the link below. It would be worth your while to talk to someone at Kantola about the options. I hope that helps. Good luck!

I'd love to hear how other staffing firms are managing their sexual harassment training requirements - but specifically how you are staying on top of tracking who has completed the training, sending out the information and following up with employees after time has passed since new employees are added each week. Thank you!
