Hi Samantha!
We've been using a medical after-hours call service for about 35 years. You may have a local option like us, but there are national services too. We have them hold calls from 10:00PM - 6:00AM unless it's an emergency or work accident. But our upper management/safety personnel gets those calls first if the client/employee called the service. You can customize it with the service.
We share the on call with our exempt full-desk recruiters. We work it out to where we share it and allow people to get breaks.
Call your local physicians offices to see who they use and that might help you. I hope this helps!

Hi Everybody!
Reaching out for ideas from the community. We are evaluating our after-hours attendance and emergency phones. Hopeful to get some feedback on different processes regarding after-hours communication from temps calling off and after-hours accidents and injuries.
Who receives the attendance calls, accident calls? Do you use a service? Etc.
I would appreciate any feedback you are willing to share on things that have worked great for you and even things you find did not work so great.
Thank you in advance.
