I like Andrea's suggestion, as it involves the client. I think that whatever you do, your client should certainly be aware of it and, if possible, play a role as well. For some of your larger accounts, can you provide a special lunch at the client's facility? What about an open house at your office - invite all your temporary associates for finger food and door prizes? Something even as simply as social media postings calling out your appreciation for your employees would be appreciated. Schedule a series of messages over the 10 days leading up to Thanksgiving. Make a donation to several local non-profit organizations in your community on behalf of your temporary associates? I know they don't benefit directly, but they would certainly feel that they are working for a company that really cares for the community (can you say retention and referrals?!).
