    Hi ASA Friends,

    I had great success in the 90's using an Affiliate/ Licensee office model as a low cost sales growth strategy for our light industrial company. We grew from 3M to 27M with offices in 35 states in about  7 years.  I am interested in chatting with any staffing company that have been considering this approach to growing sales next year.

    We used a similar model at Peoplelink during that time period as well and had explosive growth. We found "operators" that met the criteria we established and then gave them a certain percentage of both the gross profit and net income. Good luck, David!

    This posting is not so much for me, because my business model does not require this type of distribution. But I am glad to share  my experience with staffing companies that may wish to entertain this model. While we found mostly "pros" with this model, there were some definite "cons" as well.
