I realize most staffing companies have their recruiting meetings to discuss the openings on the board.
As we grow our new divisions and build bigger divisions I thought I would check-in and see if there are new agendas at the traditional recruiting meeting? how often do divisions/companies now meet to discuss the openings board? What works for your company and why? Do you set the plan and expectations in these meetings and how do you follow-up to make sure they get done, jobs get covered etc.?
