I would agree to check with a counsel.
If you do I would add part of the following to the process.
1. Before recording ask them if they are ok with the video being recorded.
2. Once recording has started ask them if they are ok with it being recorded to get their answer on the recording.
3. Ask while on the recording if they are ok with you sharing the video with potential employers.
