We do, depends on the position. For the most part:
- Recruiters- Get a bonus after they reach a certain GP threshold for that month. Anything above is consider a commission. We want to reward the producers.
- Sales- paid off of GP each month.
- Management - Depending on the position, but generally 10-20% of annual base on quarterly KPI's. Usually 2-3 KPIs for each quarter depending on the company initiatives.

Do you pay commissions/bonuses for Team Associates (Recruiters, Sales, Managers) on a Quarterly or Monthly basis?
Does anyone use a system of bonusing on taking a Pool of gross profit dollars for set period and paying out % of that based on job and longevity of Associate? How specifically does that work?
