    Hey my ASA Family,

    I wanted to share a Questionnaire Form that we include in our on-boarding for my clients in PA and WV that we been using for the past year!
    It had really helped out in the Light Industrial Sector, were we have mass of employees in close proximity!

    **I would love to hear from everyone else what you are doing to keep our Workforce Safe**

    Great form here, Richard. I would say, however, that I think we're moving past this stage in the pandemic, given the continued success we're seeing with vaccines and knowing that younger populations face much less risk with COVID. This process could put a staffing firm at a decided disadvantage if other competitors are not screening for this. Candidates are already well aware of the leverage they possess. We must make the process for onboarding as easy and painless as possible. 

    I do applaud your focus on safety.

    I would have to agree with Jay.  We never used a form, but did ask the questions prior to the individual going to work or even interviewing; but this was done during the pandemic, not so much now.  People get asked these questions when they go to the doctor or to some facilities, we want to make sure they aren't hit with them again from us.  Painless and seamless is the way to go right now!  Good Luck.

    Thanks for the feedback!
    All facilities I work with in PA and WV wanted this questionnaire on the onboarding process. Documentation is a key when you are dealing with mass amounts of workers-it protects both parties. Not one candidate refuse to complete the form and most like the comfort of knowing that the facility has a form of protection.

    I agree onboarding should be simple-lets keep putting the job seekers back to work:)!

    That sounds like a win!  Definitely have to do what is best for YOUR clients/candidates AND your Region.  What works for one may not work for another; but this sounds like it did you and yours well!

    Thanks for the positive feedback!
    This form was created by a local Manufacturing Association and myself-all were on board with it! Its just another line of protection for the facility and workers. We use this during onboarding for the past year and not one candidate refuse to complete the questionnaire, so its a win-win for all.

    Hey Richard –

     

    As you know, we are light industrial/food mfg/warehouse in southeastern/central PA & pretty much back to normal just about.  Mask wearing by personal choice in office – both for staff & visitors/applicants.  We used the form you offered for the first couple months of Covid, but not for awhile.  Most of our clients are either still mandating masks for everyone or requiring proof of vaccination to go without mask.
