In the ever changing world we work in there are more and more companies offering hybrid or remote roles even with no relation to covid restrictions. Does your company offer remote work? Do you find it to be fad or an integrated part of Staffing and HR moving forward?

As a tactic, remote work has served its purpose. When it's raining, you deploy your umbrella. When it stops raining, you no longer need your umbrella.

It depends on the sector you serve. We focus solely on marketing and creative roles–it looks like remote or hybrid schedules will continue to be an option in this sector. As our clients are sharing their "return to office" plans, most are offering some combination of days onsite and days working from home for both staff and placed talent. I think this will all continue to evolve but 2020 has seemed to open the door to more remote opportunities for the types of talent we place. To be fair, there was always more of an independent/freelance culture in the creative sector; it's just being more widely accepted at the corporate level now.

    Great topic!
I think in order to retain and attract top talent companies will have to look at some sort of hybrid model. Also keeping in mind that "if you do for one, you do for all"
If you have a work form home policy - how has this improved your productivity and what are you doing to manage and ensure accountability of your staff that work from home?
