  • 1.  Indemnified Clause-Covid 19

    Hello ASA Central,
    Do any of you have an Indemnification Clause that you have been using in Client Contracts-that address
    Covid 19? If so, would you be willing to share? Specifically, I am looking for "language" that releases the Staffing Company for any liability that could arise with their Temporary Employee exposing others to Covid 19.  While ASA has a wonderful Covid 19 Resource Page, I couldn't find anything like this.  


    Apologies in advance if this sounds like I am asking for free legal advice! Times are tough right now :(
