  • 1.  How to Efficiently schedule an Interview between a CLIENT and CANDIDATE

    We spend a lot of time scheduling interviews between our Clients and Candidates for direct hire positions. Sometimes we get it set up and the Client needs to change the date/time.
    It is time consuming and frustrating and I am looking for a more efficient way.

    Calendar scheduling apps like Calendy make it easy for a Candidate to schedule time on OUR calendar but doesn't work well when we are juggling scheduling on behalf of our client.

    A Client may give us 3 days/times they are available to meet with our Candidate. Does anyone have an efficient process for getting this scheduled beyond all the back and forth emails?

    Try Doodle.com. Not only is it a great scheduling tool for 1:1 meetings, but you can also create "polls" where you have several people who need to be on the call, just as you are describing your problem. You use the tool to identify a number of openings you have on your calendar, then send a link to the poll to everyone you want to participate on the call. They can then select all of the suggested days and times where they are available, and then you only have to select the one where everyone has indicated they are available.
