The American Staffing Association believes that, to maximize the benefits to staffing firms and their clients of staffing arrangements under Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Member Service Provider (MSP) contracts, clients should understand the interconnected relationship between themselves, VMS providers, MSPs, and staffing firms.
