Is anybody else in New Jersey having a problem completing the health insurance certification and verification for employees.
We offer health insurance to our corporate staff and not our temps, we also use the same EIN for all employees. Horizon asks us to give them a copy of the wr30 and when they see all the temps on the report, they tell me the temps that worked 26 weeks at least 30 hours have to be included for coverage. If you have had this problem and have a solution, please let me know. Thanks
