The engineering, IT, and scientific section talent shortage taskforce will look at creative ways to get better talent faster, including examining technology strategies that impact candidate recruitment. The taskforce will also evaluate technology strategies that impact candidate engagement, as well as inform section members about changes in immigration reform policy at the local, state, and federal level that could affect the engineering, IT, and scientific sector.
