Susan Dietrich Susan Dietrich, SPHR
Chairman
Dietrich is a principal owner of TOPS Staffing LLC, AllTek Staffing & Resource Group Inc., e-Staff Consulting Group, AccountStaff Inc., Sterling Office Professionals, and TVS Inc. She began the western chapter of the Pennsylvania Staffing Association, an ASA-affiliated chapter, and served as its president for three years. Dietrich also has served on the ASA chapter leadership council and the chapter past presidents committee.
Kelly McCreight Kelly McCreight, CSP
First Vice Chairman
McCreight is president of the Hamilton-Ryker Co., which provides commercial staffing, information technology staff augmentation, and IT managed services across several locations in the Southeast. McCreight began his career with Hamilton-Ryker in 1993 as a staffing coordinator. Over his 20 years with the firm, he has worked as a vendor-on-premise, branch manager, business development manager, and controller; he became president of Hamilton-Ryker in 2009. McCreight is also a past president and current board member of the Tennessee Staffing Association and a member of the ASA industrial section policy council.
Karenjo Goodwin Karenjo Goodwin

Goodwin is the founder and chief executive officer of Exact Staff Inc., a family of staffing, search, and recruitment outsourcing companies headquartered in Woodland Hills, CA. Founded in 1996, Exact Staff is one of the largest independent woman-owned staffing companies in California. Goodwin has served as a founding executive of American Business Careers in New York and has held executive positions for international, national, and regional staffing companies.
Peter Quigley Peter Quigley
Treasurer
Quigley is senior vice president and general counsel for Kelly Services Inc. As general counsel, Quigley oversees all domestic and international legal functions of the company. He also manages the areas of employment law, litigation and compliance, contracts administration, risk management, global security, and government affairs. Quigley joined Kelly Services in 2002. Prior to that, he worked for more than 10 years at Lucent Technologies and AT&T Corp. Earlier in his career, he practiced law in Washington, DC. He is a member of the state bar of Michigan and District of Columbia bar.
Leo Sheridan Leo Sheridan
Secretary
Sheridan is chief executive officer and president of the Advanced Group, a staffing firm with four branch offices throughout the Chicagoland area. In 1987, Sheridan founded Advanced Resources in 1987, and the firm quickly expanded, and Sheridan added additional businesses to create the Advanced Group. Today, the Advanced Group includes Advanced Resources, Advanced Clinical, the WunderLand Group, and TriWorth. Sheridan also has provided leadership to a variety of professional organizations, including the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses and Young Presidents’ Organization. He also has served as a board member and two-year president for the Illinois Association of Personnel Services.
Threase Baker Threase Baker, CSP, TSC
Baker is president and an owner of Abbtech Professional Resources Inc. Based in Washington, DC, the company supports both the government and private sectors by providing information technology, engineering, and office–clerical staffing services, as well as personal identity verification. Baker has more than 20 years of staffing industry experience. She is past president of the Capital Area Staffing Association, an ASA-affiliated chapter. 
Tom Bickes Tom Bickes
Bickes is president and chief executive officer of EmployBridge Holding Co. He previously served as CEO of Staffing Resources/Career Blazers Inc. and, prior to that, held the positions of senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Staffing Resources Inc. In 2000, Bickes led the management acquisition of 141 locations of Career Blazers Commercial Staffing. He began his staffing career as a senior manager with Norrell Services Inc., where he held positions as corporate credit manager and area, regional, and divisional vice president. 
Jeff Bowling Jeff Bowling
With more than 17 years of experience in the staffing industry, Bowling is chief executive officer of the Delta Cos., a Dallas-based health care staffing firm. Under Bowling's leadership, the company has received multiple Best Places to Work awards; it has also been named to Inc. magazine's list of America's fastest-growing companies for the past several years. Bowling is currently a member of the association's health care section policy council.
Jeffrey S. Burnett Jeffrey S. Burnett, CSP
Burnett is president and chief executive officer of Labor Finders International Inc., based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. With more than 26 years of staffing industry experience, he has held positions ranging from field operations to executive management. An ASA past chairman, he has also chaired the association's industrial section policy council and several committees. Burnett was president of the Florida Staffing Association, an ASA-affiliated chapter, and StaffPac Inc., Florida's staffing industry political action committee.
Ben Elliott W. Benjamin "Ben" Elliott
Elliott is managing director of finance and administration for Randstad General Partners (U.S.) LLC. Prior to that, Elliott served as chief financial officer of OneSource Inc. He has also served as senior vice president and CFO of Allied Automotive Group, as executive vice president for RealEstate.com, and as senior vice president and CFO of National Linen Service. Elliott began his career as a staff auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co., becoming a certified public accountant in the state of Illinois in 1980.
John Elwood John A. Elwood, CSP
Elwood is president of Elwood Staffing Services Inc. Headquartered in Columbus, IN, Elwood Staffing Services operates 220 service locations in 31 states and employs more than 100,000 temporary employees each year. Elwood previously served as executive vice president for the company. He was appointed to the ASA board of directors in 2008.
James Essey James A. Essey, CSP
Essey is president and chief executive officer of the TemPositions Group of Cos., which operates in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and California. He served five terms as president of the ASA-affiliated New York chapter. Essey also served as ASA chairman in 2004 and has chaired the chapter relations, member education and certification, political action, and industry practices committees. He currently chairs the legal and legislative committee.

Francis is president and chief executive officer of Supplemental Health Care, a national health care staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions company. Prior to joining Supplemental, Francis had served as president and CEO of Staffmark, senior vice president of business development and operations at Spherion, and held various positions with Adecco, from branch manager to regional vice president.

Bob Funk Robert A. Funk
Funk is president, chief executive officer, and chairman of the board for Express Employment Professionals. Headquartered in Oklahoma City, the staffing company awarded its first Express franchise in 1985, and has since grown to more than 560 franchises in the U.S., Canada, and South Africa. Under Funk's leadership, Express Employment Professionals has put more than five million people to work worldwide and nearly 275,000 in Oklahoma since 1983.
Tom Gimbel Tom Gimbel
Gimbel is the founder and chief executive officer of LaSalle Network, based in Chicago. Founded in 1998, LaSalle Network specializes in staffing accounting and finance, technology, administrative, call center, human resources, and marketing positions, as well as executive search. Prior to starting LaSalle Network, Gimbel spent several years in sales and marketing. He was honored on the Crain's Chicago Business 40 Under 40 and was inducted in the Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame. Gimbel serves on the board of directors of Ounce of Prevention and is an active member in the Young Presidents' Organization and the Economic Club of Chicago.
Jeff Harris Jeff Harris
Harris is cofounder and chief executive officer of ettain group, an information technology, health care IT, and digital creative talent solutions company with offices in North Carolina, Virginia, Washington, DC, Minneapolis, Tennessee, and Texas. He cofounded the National Staffing Alliance and the IT Staffing Executive Roundtable. Harris also is a board member of IT-ology, a community organization devoted to influencing and promoting IT-related education.
Kristen Harris Kristen Harris, CSP
Harris is chief operating officer and co-founder of Columbus, OH-based Portfolio Creative, a niche staffing and recruiting firm focused on the marketing, advertising, and design fields. The firm is a certified woman-owned business, has appeared on Inc. magazine's list of America's fastest growing companies, and has been named Best Temporary Staffing Agency by Columbus CEO magazine. Prior to starting Portfolio Creative, Harris held design and art direction positions at companies such as Structure, Limited Too, and Victoria's Secret. She served on the ASA professional section policy council in 2012, and then served as that section's policy council chairman in 2013.

Hartman is president of Allegis Global Solutions, has more than 20 years of experience with the Allegis Group family, and is responsible for strategically expanding the AGS footprint around the globe. A founding member and president of Allegis Group Services, he leads an international team that focuses on quality, thought leadership, innovation, and talent development.
Greg Holland Greg Holland
Holland is senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Adecco Group North America. Holland manages the Adecco Group North America legal department with responsibility for legal and regulatory matters in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. Most recently, Holland was senior vice president, chief legal officer, and secretary of MPS Group Inc. and a member of MPS Group’s executive committee. Holland assisted with the sale of MPS Group to Adecco and led the global legal department at MPS, including mergers and acquisitions, disclosure controls and procedures, general commercial and corporate matters, employment law, and litigation.
Dan Struve Dan Struve, CSP
Struve is founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of Helpmates Staffing Services, based in Irvine, CA. He served as president of California Staffing Professionals, an ASA-affiliated chapter, for two years. A founding member of the Orange County chapter of California Staffing Professionals, he served on the chapter board for several years. Struve was elected ASA chairman in 1991, chaired the convention committee twice, and has chaired the member education and certification committee. He currently is chairman of the workers' compensation committee.
Dan Thomson Dan Thomson
Thomson is senior vice president and general counsel of CHG Healthcare Services Inc. He is a member of CHG’s senior executive team responsible for developing and implementing the company’s strategic plans and initiatives. He also oversees the legal, risk management, quality management, and government relations functions of the company. Prior to joining CHG, Thomson was executive vice president of business development and general counsel of a health care-related consumer goods company. He began his legal career in the corporate and securities department of Latham & Watkins. Prior to his legal career, Thomson worked as a certified public accountant and consultant for one of the world’s largest international accounting firms.

Toth is chief legal officer for ManpowerGroup's North American operations. He also serves on its global leadership team and North American lead team. Toth is a frequent speaker on workplace legal topics and writes an award-winning employment law blog.
Steve Wehn Steve Wehn
Wehn joined AMN Heathcare in 1993 and is currently vice president of government and community relations. His responsibilities include legislative and regulatory advocacy and compliance as well as overseeing the company’s corporate social responsibility programs. Prior to 2005, Wehn served as senior vice president of client services in AMN’s Travel Nurse and Allied divisions.
